This video shows the simple biogas plant build by Bert in 2010. It runs with liqiud cow slurry only. 5 Minutes per day and less is the operating time. The MAN CHP 30 kW el. is running since the beginning in 2010 at about 21-25 kW el. The heat is used for the digester, in the winter it can be minus 20°C there for some weeks. But also other buildings are beeing heated. Daily substrate input is about 7 tons cow slurry from the milk cows ( about 150 cows) This video shows the main components of the bert biogas plant and the simplicity of such plants.
