This game is called "Baby Steps" and it represents the Rage Game God's return to the franchise: Bennett Foddy. Foddy created "Getting Over It," and extremely famous game that took the internet by storm starting in late 2017. The popularity of Getting Over It has only grown, sometimes its name is used to describe an entire genre, or perhaps Foddy's own last name.
