In this episode of FishVisions, we went Online and ordered 3 Rare Baby Turtles from "My Turtle Store". During My Experience with this process, we replaced the small rocks from my Mini DIY Turtle Pond, and replaced those rocks with sand, because I don't want the Baby Turtles to mistake rocks for food (Sand is easier to digest if Baby Turtles happen to eat the substrate). Now that the Mini Turtle Pond is safer, we need to find Live Aquatic Plants for the DIY Pond. We went to my local creek and grabbed some Duckweed, which is a cool floating plant that will eat the bad nutrients in the Turtle pond, but it mainly provides shade, because of the hot California sun, the water will heat up a lot more, so the more Live Plants and shade, the cooler the water will be. With new Live Aquatic Plants for our Backyard DIY Mini Turtle Pond, it was time for the 3 Rare Baby Turtles we ordered from "My Turtle Store" to arrive and Unbox.
