Tips for Early Spring RV Camping in Ontario Parks - Rondeau PP

We went to Rondeau Provincial Park for some early spring camping from April 13 - 16, 2023. We had absolutely beautiful weather with record setting warm temperatures. It was a great way to introduce our new dog, Jax into the camping lifestyle. Even though it was abnormally warm, we share with you our cold weather camping tips. Tips to help you make the most out of your spring camping adventure. We hiked, biked and paddled as we explored the park and got to see the trees budding, flowers blooming, butterflies fluttering, rabbits and squirrels foraging and of course we heard all the songbirds that have started their spring migration. Rondeau is famous for it's incredible birding. The Friends of Rondeau host the yearly Festival of Flight which runs from May 6 - 21 this year.
