Tele-Rehabilitation in the Home - iPad set up in the patient’s home

This video was produced for the Flinders Telehealth in the Home project. The Flinders Telehealth in the Home project piloted delivery of clinical care to patients in their own homes via broadband enabled technology such as iPads and FitBits. The project was delivered in partnership with South Australian Health. It involves the SA Older People Clinical Network, the South Australian Rehabilitation Statewide Clinical Network and the South Australian Palliative Care Clinical Network. It is one of eight funded nationally by the Commonwealth of Australia, and the only one of its kind in South Australia able to inform the health system of the potential of telehealth services into the home.
