The Northern Territory Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (NT DAF) Rain Ready Rangelands project is working with producers in the Barkly region to investigate how wet season spelling could be used to promote Mitchell grass recovery. Anthony Lagoon Station became involved in the project as Brumby (Anthony Lagoon Station Manager) was interested in what learnings would arise and identify ways to improve adoption of wet season spelling. In this video, Brumby explains the importance and benefits of wet season spelling to the land, cattle and business.
