This video was made on the official Russian Faris server, it shows a mage party hunting in the Cockerel Compound of the newly added Seed of Annihilation. There are two more Compounds, the Reptile Compound and the Beast Compound. The Cockerel Compound has the lowest monster density (i.e. it is the safest place to hunt), but it also has the lowest probability for Seed Energies to spawn. The monsters, all lvl 85 and Earth Attribute, come in groups with one Elite leader and 3 followers. They have devastating skill attacks but can be immobilized with Stun, or, as in this video, with Sleep, Trance, Root or Dance of Medusa.
