Thank you! Recipe for: Chicken Livers with Leeks. Quick and Delicious! Required products: 650 g. chicken livers, chopped and drained 1 large leek, cut into thin crescents 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 100 g. pureed canned tomatoes 100 ml. white wine Salt Red pepper Leaves of a few sprigs of thyme 1 teaspoon of sugar Oil Preparation method: Pour oil into a preheated pan and add the chicken livers. Put the lid on the pan and let the livers stew for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the liquid from the livers has evaporated and only the fat remains, add the leeks. Fry for 3-4 minutes until the leeks begin to soften. Add the garlic and sugar. Stir and wait until it starts to smell amazing! Push the livers to one end of the pan to free up some space at the bottom. Add 2 teaspoons of red pepper. Stir very lightly to fry and release the aroma for 5-6 seconds, then stir to mix with the rest of the ingredients in the pan. Add the pureed tomatoes and stir. Add the white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate. Add 100 milliliters of cold water and season with salt. Add the thyme and stir. Reduce the heat to medium and put the lid on. Simmer under the lid for 6-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and begins to stick to the livers, stirring occasionally. The sauce has already thickened and stuck to the livers, and the leeks are well cooked and smell incredible. Pour one portion, garnish with sprigs of fresh thyme and you are completely ready. Result: Uniquely delicious chicken livers with leeks! Bon appetit!
