Channel Home page - / @howieskitchen Facebook Home page - / howieskitchen Ingredients: 3 cups each Rice, Corn and Wheat Chex Cereal 1 1/2 cups Cheese-its 1 1/2 cups Pretzels 1 cup Mixed Nuts 1/2 cup Peanuts 3/4 cups Butter (melted) 4 tbs Worcestershire Sauce 3 tsp Seasoning Salt 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 2 tsp Smoked Paprika 1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder Gluten Free Option: -Substitute the Cheese-it's with gluten free crackers. -Make with gluten free pretzels -Leave out the wheat chex and use more rice/corn to make up the difference Directions: 1. pre-heat an over to 250 degrees 2. In a large bowl combine the chex, cheese its, pretzels and nuts and stir to combine. 3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the worcestershire sauce and remaining seasonings and stir thoroughly to combine. 4. Pour half of the butter mixture over the chex mix and stir to combine. 5. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the chex mix and stir again to combine. 6. Divide the mixture between 2 casserole dishes or baking sheets 7. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes 8.
