International Youth Day | Panel Discussion

International Youth Day is commemorated annually on August 15th. However, due to the election period in Kenya, we postponed the celebrations to September 21st, 2022. We had fun engaging our program participants on how we are improving our youth development strategies, to be able to serve them better, and contributed to this year’s theme: Intergenerational Solidarity: Creating a World for All Ages. In addition, we listened to inspirational stories from some of our youth, who are doing incredible things in their capacities, about their different experiences in the programs we run. We thank the panelists of the day, our National Director Samuel Wambugu, Victor Malombe, the Head of Legal Affairs of the National Youth Council Kenya, Pastor and life coach, Patrick Mwenda, and Brenda Karimi, our alumnus.
