The area consists of mountainous fjords which fall directly into the waters of the Gulf of Oman, which flow from the Indian Ocean. The day trip consists of a transfer from Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman - where you would basically get picked up from your hotel/residence and driven to Dibba, Oman. Once there, you would board a traditional Arabic 'Dhow' that has been refurbished for tourism purposes and sail northwards along the peninsula. After 45-60 minutes we will arrive at a lagoon where the boat will anchor and guests will be able to visit the beach nearby or go snorkelling. Lunch will be served onboard. After approximately 2 hours at the lagoon we will set sail again and do some hand line fishing in the ocean where we are likely to catch some barracudas. Eventually we will return to the port before sundown and make our way back to the city lights.
