Javier Martin-Broto, MD, PhD, Fundación Jimenez Diaz University Hospital, Madrid, Spain, comments on the potential of TCR T-cell therapy in sarcomas, highlighting its activity in partial responses, particularly in heavily pretreated patients with synovial sarcoma and myxoid liposarcoma. Dr Martin-Broto suggests that this strategy may be an option for patients with lower tumor burden, but notes that fine-tuning recommendations and considering earlier phases of disease, such as oligometastatic or high-risk localized disease, may be more effective.
