This is an example of automating screw fastening work by mounting the delvo Brushless Type C Series (current control type), model DLV45C on a collaborative robot. [Features] 1. By controlling the torque with electric current, 30 different torque settings can be set on a single screwdriver 2. Activates externally, easy to install on robots 3. Picks up screws from the screw feeder and holds it (using vacuum pump DP0410) 4. Fastens screws with the torque set by the controller, and counts the number of screws at "torque-up". 5.
