Add a special touch to your Iftar or Sehri spread with our Creamy Chicken Paratha - a perfect blend of tender creamy chicken and rich spices, all wrapped up in a deliciously flaky paratha made with the goodness of Olper’s Dairy Cream. #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhao #FoodFusion #happycookingtoyou #olpersdairycream Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/42UNSoH Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling: -Chicken qeema (Mince) 400g -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tsp -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Cooking oil ½ tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp -Dried oregano 1 tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Cooking oil ½ tbs -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs -Tomato paste 1 & ½ tbs -Olper’s milk ½ Cup -Olper’s cream 100ml -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs Prepare Dough: -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Lukewarm water ¾ Cup or as required -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tsp -Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs Directions: Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling: -In a bowl,add chicken mince,garlic paste,lemon juice,cooking oil,red chilli crushed,dried oregano, garam masala powder,salt,cumin seeds & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes. -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt. -Add onion,garlic,green chilli,mix well & cook until light golden. -Add tomato paste & mix well. -Now add marinated mince & mix well until it changes color. -Add milk,cream & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes. -Add fresh coriander,mix well & cook on high flame until it dries up (4-5 minutes). -Let it cool completely. Prepare Dough: -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well. -Gradually add lukewarm water,mix well & knead until dough is formed. -Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes. -Take a small dough (120g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Spread desi ghee,sprinkle dry flour,make a cut on dough then fold,roll & twist into a ball. -Press gently,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Add prepared creamy chicken filling (2-3 tbs),gather all the sides,twist,pinch & seal the ends. -Sprinkle dry flour,press gently,remove air bubbles with wooden skewer & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Heat griddle,add desi ghee,let it melt & fry paratha from both sides until golden & crispy (makes 5) & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Directions: Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling: -Bowl mein chicken qeema,lehsan paste,lemon juice,cooking oil,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano, garam masala powder,namak aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minute kliya marinate ker lein. -Frying pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein. -Pyaz,lehsan aur hari mirch dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak paka lein. -Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Ab marinated qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Doodh aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein. -Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes). -Thanda ker lein. Prepare Dough: -Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein. -Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya chor dein. -Chota dough lein (120g) aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein. -Desi ghee dal ker pheela lein,maida chirak dein aur dough per cut laga lein,fold ker ka roll & twist ker lein. -Gently press karein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein. -Tayyar creamy chicken filling (2-3 tbs) dal dein aur tamam sides ko gather ker ka twish karein aur ends ko pinch & seal ker lein. -Maida chirak dein,gently press karein aur wooden skewer ki madad sa air bubbles ko remove ker lein & rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein. -Tawa garam karein,desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein aur paratha ko dono sides sa golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 5) & serve karein!
