After shutting out the Astros yesterday, we continue the series with the second game. We managed to chase their pitcher after scoring five runs with only one out in the first. Our pitcher Barker finally managed to connect on a homerun late in the game to become our first pitcher with more than one. Still waiting for Park to get ahold of one to say all our starting pitchers managed at least one homerun this season. Game 75 of 162 Vs Houston, game 2 of 3 Runs CPU have scored against me with two outs (as of game 72): Game 74: 0 Season to date: 5 For anyone who has never played the game, here are a few quick details. It was released for the SNES in 1994, and while it has the MLB license, it did not have a players association (MLBPA) license. What this means is it features actual team names, logos and stadiums, it did not have real player names. Of course, you can figure out which player one is, based on their jersey number and stats from the 1993 season. Gameplay is fast paced, and very similar to the arcade versions of both Baseball Stars games. While it takes some practice to get used to, its not overly complex to play like the MLB: The Show games of today. If you get a chance to play, I highly recommend it.
