Giant Barrel is a cruise restaurant built in 1931 north of the village of Lázně Libverda. Her role model was the Giant Barrel at the top of Javorník. The barrel near Lázně Libverdy reaches a height of 11.40 m, a length of 14.15 m and a width of 10.50 m. It is built entirely of wood and was opened at the beginning of February 1931. and then reassembled. From 1974, when the Giant Barrel burned down at Javorník, until it was reopened in 2011, the Libverdská building was the only one in the entire Czech Republic. In the barrel there is a restaurant dance hall for 160 visitors and in the neighboring building, which was added to the hotel, there are another 60 seats. There were also ten beds for accommodation in this outbuilding. The restaurant overlooks the steep northern slopes of the Jizera Mountains.
