In this video, I demonstrate how to tone cyanotypes with rosemary. To make bleach: Dissolve 50g of Soda Crystals to 1 Litre of Water. Cyanotype will begin to fade quickly when put into the solution. Do not let the cyanotype fade completely, just let it fade partially. To make toner: 50g rosemary (leaves and bark) to 1 litre of water, stewed for 30 minutes. Leave to cool and strain before putting in your tray. Leave cyanotype in toner for as long as desired, through 30-50 minutes will leave you with results you see here.
