Shraddha was living away from her family. Shraddha's father spoke to Aajtak and said that accused Aftab should be hanged. A man From Maharashtra strangled his girlfriend, chopped her into pieces and scattered her body parts across Delhi. The victim, Shraddha Walkar, had been in a live-in relationship with Aaftab Amin Poonawala. They had eloped to Delhi after her parents objected to their being together. However, things soured between the couple when Shraddha started pressing Aaftab for marriage. Little could she have imagined that her partner, reluctant to tie the knot, would put an end to things in such a horrifyingly ghastly way. Perhaps the most incredible aspect of this grisly affair is that the murder did not see light for almost six months. The accused went around scot-free, till the victim's father lodged a missing persons report and the cops came knocking on his door.
