The SSBE accent sometimes known as modern RP or Standard Southern British English is not that difficult to understand on the surface. But today, I have a very fast speaker of this accent and I'm wondering whether you can understand his accent. About understanding the speaker depends on where you are from and your level of English: It will be easier for native speakers of English and those who already have an SSBE accent or equivalent or have a high proficiency of English. It will be more difficult for - non-native speakers and those with a lower level of English or those who find British accents difficult.
