O GOD MOST HIGH, MOST GLORIOUS, I stand before Thee, a humble soul adrift upon the tumultuous sea of life. The thought of Thine infinite serenity is a balm to my troubled spirit, soothing like the softest whisper of the wind in the trees. In the weariness of my toil and moil, I feel as a lost sheep seeking the embrace of the great Shepherd. While I wrestle with cares and distresses that press upon my heart, Thou remainest ever in perfect peace, a fortress amid the storm. Thy designs, O Lord, stand resolute, unwavering as the eternal hills that hold the promises of Thy faithfulness. Thy power knows no bounds, and Thy goodness flows like a river, forever generous and unconfined. In moments of chaos, Thou bringest forth order as light pierces the shadows. My defeats, once my burden, transform into Thy victories, for The Lord God omnipotent reigneth. I come to Thee, a sinner weary and worn, laden with cares that cling like heavy chains. I long to leave every concern entirely at Thy feet, for Christ’s blood has washed me clean and made me whole. Revive within me a deep spirituality, a flame that burns bright against the darkness that threatens my soul. Let me live ever closer to the great Shepherd, tuning my ear to His voice, that I might discern those sacred tones. Keep me from deception, lead me into the truth that sets free, a path lit by the wisdom of the ages. Help me walk in the power of the Spirit, unshackled by fear and filled with unrelenting faith. May I never shrink from declaring the truth of the Gospel, standing firm even when the world hurls its scorn. Let me bear its reproach with pride, for in it lies the essence of Jesus, the Savior of my heart. O Lord, strengthen my spirit, for I often feel lukewarm, as chilling as winter’s breath upon the naked trees. Unbelief creeps in like weeds among the flowers, suffocating my confidence and dimming my ardor for Thee. Let these weeds be cut at their roots, that my soul may flourish as a garden in full bloom under Thy care. Grant me the wisdom to know that true life springs forth only when it is lived for Thee, that all else is naught but trifling dust. Thy presence transforms everything, making me holy, devout, strong, and filled with unspeakable joy. Abide in me, gracious God, a sacred dwelling where Thy light may shine brightest. In my heart’s quiet corner, let me feel the warmth of Thy embrace, an anchor in life’s tempestuous seas. Remind me of Thy miracles, like the healing touch that restored the blind to sight and the lame to walk. May I be a vessel of Thy grace, pouring forth love and light to all who cross my path. I yield all my fears, my flaws, my past to Thee, trusting in Thy merciful hand.
