When ranked battles are Tier VI, you pretty much can't go wrong with American light cruiser USS Dallas. She isn't Cleveland - who never belonged in this tier - but she's still very solid with a lot of utility (DFAA and hydro) and a high rate of fire. Here on Riposte I get into a lot of trouble early on, but am able to work the islands and maximize the mistakes of the enemy team to last to the very end of the game.
