There are times in your knitting when you need to connect two edges of live stitches. Kitchener Stitch is a great way to do that… Seamlessly! Kitchener Stitch is often used to join the toes of your hand knit socks. You might also use it to join a cowl, the tops of mittens, or shoulders of a sweater. The possibilities are endless! I’m not afraid to admit that Kitchener Stitch is not my favorite thing to do. But it has such fantastic results, that you have to give it a try!
