Photography is not a crime and a camera is not a weapon yet the cops get called all the time for a man with a camera. The 1st amendment gives everyone the right to record in public so that means photography is n ot a crime. COps will often overreact when a man has a camera and treat the situation as though he had a weapon. We gather content from around the net and use clips under the "Fair Use" policy.
