Hey guys, so I tested out what I'm running vs 4 piece Fallen Dynasty. Could be my boots aren't maxed out, but I definitely think it's because my GS isn't maxed out so I'm missing some base damage there but right now my current build is optimal on times for me. Probably will change when my heavy strikes count for a bit more but both builds are testing within 1.5-2 seconds of each other. Anyway, I did move a couple skills for this time.
