I ran my Solar Hunter Lucky Pants build in Ultimate Liminality Tormentor (-30 Power) and completely demolished the DPS phase. The idea is simple but extremely powerful: start with Crimson to stack Lucky Pants, then switch to Uncivil Discourse at high stacks to 1-tap or 2-tap Champions and instantly end the Tormentor’s DPS phase. For neutral gameplay, we use Unwavering Duty with Incandescent + Killing Tally, keeping Restoration active almost constantly. Survivability is crazy with Ferro Potent x2 (10% DR almost always active) + Radiant always on, and On Your Mark x10 stacks gives Cure on every kill, so you barely take damage even surrounded by enemies.
