Healthy Black Bean Cake : Better Than Regular Cake ❗Quick and easy❗You will be addicted How to make black bean health cake Material Black beans: 200 grams Sugar: 50 grams (can be adjusted according to personal taste) Starch: 50 grams (such as corn starch or sweet potato starch) Milk or plant milk: 200ml Cooking oil: 30ml Vanilla extract (optional): 1 teaspoon Baking powder: 1 teaspoon Salt: a little step Prepare black beans: Soak black beans overnight to shorten cooking time. After soaking, drain the black beans, add appropriate amount of water to the pot, and cook until the black beans are soft and mashed, about 30-40 minutes. Make black bean puree: Drain the cooked black beans, put them in a blender, add milk and sugar, and blend into a smooth black bean puree. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together the black bean puree, starch, cooking oil, vanilla extract, baking powder and a pinch of salt until all ingredients are completely combined to form a thick batter.
