This simple ham and cheese quiche recipe is quick and easy and great for having on hand to pull out of the freezer when needed. 6 eggs 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder 2 cups of cubes ham 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup heavy cream 1 9” deep pie shell Salt and Pepper Bake pie shell for 10 minutes at 350, let cool. Add small handful of cheese to the bottom of the shell and set aside. Combine eggs, mustard powder, cheese and mix well. Once combined, pour over ham placed in shell.
