Tier VIII Premium American heavy cruiser USS Rochester occasionally feels like a less-capable Baltimore. That's kind of unfair. Her smoke consumable allows her to take positions and get away with shenanigans that Baltimore can't, but she lacks the overall utility of her tech tree cousin (because she lacks access to Surveillance Radar). This game on Sleeping Giant shows off good use of island cover and smoke in order to maximize damage and the spotting provided by my teammates.
