In this video, I am showing how make 4 easy side dishes using Burdock: 1. Tataki-Ae (beaten and mixed) 2. Burdock mayo-salad 3. Shigureni (Tsukudai) 4. Deep fried Burdock Except for the third dish, they are vegan and the Shigureni can also be made vegan easily by eliminating the beef. Burdocks are very popular vegetable in Japan and these recipes are all quite popular in Japanese homes.
