Teen Tackled by Houston Cops at School for Using Cell Phone ReportThisCop New

The family of teenager Ixel Perez a high school student at Sam Houston HS in Houston, Tx. say's police jumped on her and pinned her to the floor for using her cell phone. However it sounds like we're not getting the whole story here. The teen admits to breaking class rules and using her cell phone during class (I guess she thinks rules don't apply to her) anyway the teacher apparently asked her to leave the classroom which she did. Then the girl say's she saw the "AP" (Assistant Principal) coming so she "started running because she was scared" Seriously?? The story goes on but to me it's obvious this kid is a brat and doesn't think rules apply to her and she doesn't even follow the instructions of the police officer when they show up and ask for her phone - she refuses, so she's crying and complaining because they took her down, she asked for it and she got what she deserved if you ask me - so verdict here - Good COP!
