This is probably among my top 5 video game soundtracks of all time actually. This cover is available as part of Video Game Guitar Covers Vol. 4! iTunes: https://apple.co/VGGCvol4iTunesFJ Google Play: https://bit.ly/VGGCvol4gplayFJ Spotify: https://bit.ly/VGGCvol4spotifyFJ Man, Kirby 64 had one of those can't do wrong OSTs. At this point I think I've done almost every song between my cover of Above the Clouds and the medley from Year 1, but I still want to do more. There are few soundtracks I'd ever consider doing an album for but if the game was more popular, I probably would have done it by now. It sucks that it wasn't recieved super well since it was such an easy game. The atmosphere was so cool and the music was spell binding. I went a little over my head with this one though. A lot of the backing stuff was insane to play. The bass actually was impossible so I had to simplify it in many parts but over all I went for as accurate as I could. I think it came out super hard hitting. I thought since it hit so relentlessly it needed something to chill it out at the end so I did a quick little cover of the File Select theme since I thought it fit the vibe of the melody. Sorry if it's a bit jarring, I thought it sounded cool.
