Watch as I restore a 26MM gauged ear using a star pattern technique for a perfect post-operative contour of both ear lobes. You’ll see how I mark the star pattern and trim the excess skin from each earlobe perfectly, all completed under local anesthesia in my comfortable, clean and safe office. You may notice a lot of bleeding at first, but keep in mind that the ears have a lot of vascularity, easily controlled with the use of a cautery.
