Facebook: / cookingcraftt Instagram: / craftcooking Ingredients: Dough: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 140g butter, cold 4-6 tbsp ice water Filling: 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 7 pieces of mushrooms 250 g chicken breast 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp paprika 2 eggs 180 ml cream 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp oregano 1/2 cup parmesan Directions: 1. Prepare the dough. Into a bowl mix the flour with salt. Add the cold cubed butter and mix. Add the water and knead just to combine all the ingredients. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 2. Roll the dough and use the rolling pin to put it into a 25 cm pan. Use a knife or rolling pin to cut the extra dough. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes more. 3. Place parchment paper on pie, add some pie weights or dried beans and bake for 10 minutes at 170C. Remove the beans and bake for another 10 minutes. 4. While the crust is baking chop all the ingredients. Add the butter into a pan and saute the onion until translucent. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds more. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 3-4 minutes. After this add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more. When it is almost ready add the spices. 5. Add the chicken and mushrooms into the pie crust, sprinkle some parmesan, and pour the egg and cream mixture. Bake at 170C for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Bon Appetit!
