Calvin here. This is a total body workout I recently completed at the local park. This is a new workout space to me. Most outdoor workout equipment have stations similar to the ones shown here. This is an example of some of the cool stuff you can do with the equipment. You will see lower body exercises for strength, stability, and power; upper body exercises for strength and muscle mass; and intense ab exercises that will strengthen and define the muscles in your midsection. The good thing about training outside is you do not get the bad influence from the people sitting around in the gym. You can get some sunshine depending on where you are and the weather. And the workouts done in a circuit style fashion will challenge your cardiorespiratory system and help to burn fat fast. Why do I call this warrior fitness? Because. These exercises focus on main movements that help to prepare your body for battle by building strength, power, muscle mass, and improving cardio. The core component is also valuable. In addition to that, using our bodyweight leads to better carryover to daily physical activities. Enjoy! Cal
