Michele Deeks (Michael Galpin) When are you at your best? Practical tools for exploring individual and collective strengths Interactive workshop As an SF practitioner, you’ll be well aware of the value that can come from asking people about their strengths and when they’ve been at their best before. But do you ever notice people struggling to answer these questions, perhaps because they’ve not been asked many times before? In this session, we will explore some simple and effective exercises that can spark valuable insights and get people talking, whether you’re meeting face-to-face or online (with individuals, teams or groups). Join us for the live session and you’ll even get to try out an online deck of strengths cards to explore on your own strengths. A Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, Michele combines her expertise as an occupational psychologist and her passion for positive psychology to focus on developing simple, practical solutions to help people to flourish. As a director of Work Positive and a co-creator of the At My Best range of products, as well as Woohooyoo and Deckhive, Michele uses strengths-based and appreciative approaches, to work with groups and organisations who are looking to empower their leaders and maximise the wellbeing of their people.
