Super simple and quick Almond Chicken with gravy recipe. It is rich in taste and a hit on special occasions. Make it for someone special and they are sure to fall for you ;) Ingredients: -Garlic - 3 cloves -Ginger - 1 small piece -Soaked (3-4 hours or overnight) & Peeled Almonds - 1/2 cup -Cinnamon - 1 small piece -Green Cardamom - 3 -Black Cardamom - 1 -Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon -Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon -Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon -Red Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon -Yogurt - 4 tablespoon -Fried Onions - 1/2 cup -Water - 3 to 4 cups -500 to 600 grams Chicken marinated overnight in turmeric & salt. You can also use fresh Chicken. Method: -CRUSH GINGER AND GARLIC INTO A COARSE PASTE. -PEEL SOAKED ALMONDS. (Since they are soaked it'll be very easy to peel.) -NOW BLEND PEELED ALMONDS AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF YOGURT/CURD TOGETHER. -HEAT COCONUT OIL IN A PAN AND ADD WHOLE SPICES. AFTER 30 SECONDS ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE. -ADD MARINATED CHICKEN AND MIX WELL. AFTER A MINUTE, ADD CORIANDER, TURMERIC, CHILLI & CUMIN POWDER. -AFTER A MINUTE, ADD ALMOND YOUGURT PASTE, GIVE IT A STIR THEN ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF YOUGURT AND MIX WELL. -ONCE IT STARTS BOILING, ADD WATER, MIX WELL, AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES WITH THE LID ON. -REMOVE THE LID, ADD FRIED ONIONS AND SALT.
