Unfortunately, now that tourism has died down considerably due to the COVID-19 pandemic, business for Penelope has gone all but extinct. Feeling somewhat generous today, you walk up to Penelope shivering in the cold with nothing but a ratty piece of thin fabric to shelter her from the recent snowstorm.
