Prologue- Dr. Doofenshmirtz, hoping to gain some respect from other villains visits The Forbidden Mountains where Hades, Jafar, Pete, and Maleficent are currently residing, to show off his new invention; A dimensional portal. Impressed by the prospect of dimensional travel, but not by Doofenshmirtz himself, Maleficent sweet talks the doctor to give her the invention, he complies and the four villains all leave, and activate the machine... Hades VS Zeus- Hades, quickly branching off from the others to explore the dimension, ends up in a place similar to Greece. Zeus in the form of a bird sees Hades, and makes a statue come to life to attack him. Hades easily disposes of it, but can he defeat the King of Gods? Jafar VS Gruntilda- Gruntilda looks into her magic pot to see if anyone can stop her plans, and when the pot reveals Jafar, Gruntilda is furious and heads out to stop the sorcerer. Can Jafar take out the old witch? Maleficent VS Mz Ruby- After leaving Jafar and Gruntilda, Maleficent appeared outside a castle, but she fails to notice the swamp outside where Mz Ruby lives, and attacks her for trespassing. Can Maleficent take out this crocodile? Intermission- Dr. Wily, just getting done stealing a group of robots from Dr. Light, comes across a portal. The mad doctor enters and finds himself in another dimension... While wandering around, Pete sees a mysterious creature steal the heart of a man. But when more of the creatures are spawned, they don't have interest in attacking Pete, but seem more interested in serving him. He also looks ahead and finds a castle sitting on a mountain... Pete VS King Dedede- Pete, trying to take over the castle for Maleficent, is confronted by the owner of the castle himself, King Dedede. Surprised to see him OUTSIDE the castle, Pete challenges the king to a duel. But even with his new minions, can Pete take out the king? Vilgax's Robot VS Dr. Eggman- Back in the animated universe, Vilgax has been studying Doofenshmirtz's dimensional machine from space, and he has a minion send one of his robots to the other dimension to cause havoc. While Eggman has his own robot to fight this one, when his robot is hit in a vital area, does it have enough strength to defeat Vilgax's Robot before it breaks? Dr. Wily VS Pr. Norton Nimnul- Interested in starting an alliance in this new dimension, Wily visits Norton. He is interested after Norton shows off some of his weapons, but he ultimately rejects Wily. Later that night Wily steals some of Norton's plans from his lab, but when he is caught, can he stop Nimnul? Epilogue- With orders from Eggman, his two robots start cleaning up the mess from the battle, only to find an interesting chunk of Vilgax's Robot... Entering the castle, Maleficent finds a magical orb, which she uses to summon two villains into the dimension to aid her... Pete catches up with Jafar and Maleficent (Who left the castle in charge of her new allies) and shows off the Heartless to them. While they're both impressed, Maleficent orders Pete to find out what happened to Hades. Dr. Wily, using Norton's plans begins to build a replica of a robot back in the Video Game dimension, Protoman. Along with some other machinary... Pete ends up finding Hades in this dimension's version of the underworld, where it seems that he learned that the River Styx in the Video Game dimension somehow connects to the one back in the Animated dimension. Meanwhile, a god hears of the battles, and prepares for the upcoming war...
