The traditional "orienteeringsbattle" between Åboland and Åland on the 8.9.2024 in Parainen. My achilleas pain from a couple of weeks ago came back in an early stage of the course even if I was running with slow pace. Got worse along the way and the last controls where really painful. Maybe up for a longer break and rehabilitation now... The race went fine (maybe due to the slow pace) until a minor error on 8, but to control 11 I musta have been focusing only on the pain, as I totally missed to take the control and had to turn back.
