The accommodation was considered huge for a 31 foot boat when introduced, and is still spacious. Sailing performance is good. The owner of this yacht is well known to us, being a local shipwright and marine surveyor. The yacht has therefore been particularly well cared for and, since 2012, has had brand new standing rigging, new Furlex roller reefing, new genoa, new stackpack & lazyjacks, new anemometer, new mast wiring, new upholstery, new headlining to saloon, new shore power with RCD, new electric switch panel, and new tri colour & anchor lights. As with any boat of this age and at this price, there are some tasks to be completed, but the owner has provided a full marine survey showing what needs doing (copy available on request) - and it isn't a long list! A good inventory of extras is included with the yacht.
