Today we finally begin the main story quest for Chromatic Beings Everbright and go to meet up with Tan Youyou. While the aesthetics are mostly what I expected, the role of the Chromafaces was not even close to what I imagined. Finding out that rather than them being a small secret section of the population they are in fact almost all of the population and are knwon openly to exist is crazy to me. Apparently this is also an Island floating above the Linlang Empire and is a known entity. Being the Baiqiao Hall Shop Assistant seems close enough to Nikki's personality that I would consider it a lucky pull. Another bit of luck is that Jin Zhuyu happens to be one who can solve Momo's tummy troubles. Those tummy trouble seem to also be a living jade creature who looks scarily like they might be made of lightning because my colorblindness only seems them as yellow. Nefarious Shadows' Shadow-Shatter ability was a bit hard to urnderstand from the tutorial but I'm sure I'll get it once we put the otufit into action. I ended up spending the last 30 minutes of the episode just setting up the design for it's custom outfit though. I used lots of pieces from the original set so it ended up being not as different as I usually try for but I do like the theme of the outfit so I don't thik it's too big of a problem. I struggled to get colors to matchup for this one because of how different the shades of red and gold were but I tried my best with what I had.
