He argues shotguns are particularly suitable for less experienced or physically smaller individuals as they require less precise aiming and can deliver a significant amount of stopping power. Alongside these, he confirmed that AR-15s are effective but cautioned they can over-penetrate through walls and harm innocent bystanders. When considering handguns, he recognized they can also be useful but felt they require more skill and experience than most people possess.
