To manipulate getting the Blizzard card to drop, you will need to save + reload your file at the very 1st save point, Dodge Roll 5 times before hitting a single object like a lamp post, Dodge Roll once towards the next single object, Dodge Roll 6 times before hitting 2 boxes or 2 barrels with a single hit, hit the next single object, then whatever object you hit next after 2 more Dodge Rolls will drop a Blizzard card. This is also consistent in most other rooms in Traverse Town that has the same amount of objects or more as long as you defeat all or most enemies in that room so that you can farm Blizzard cards without spawning enemies. If you do this manipulation after entering the Key to Beginnings door for the Sleights Tutorial with Leon, you will get Simba instead.
