Step 2 – Ginger-Garlic Paste: Ab ginger, garlic aur green chilli ka paste daalein. 10–15 seconds tak bhunein jab tak raw smell chali na jaye. Step 3 – Chicken Bhunai: Chicken pieces daal kar high flame par bhunein jab tak color pink se white na ho jaye. Step 4 – Masala Lagana: Salt, black pepper powder & garam masala daal kar chicken ko evenly coat karein. Ye step deta hai bold peppery flavor! Step 5 – Dum Cooking: Kadhai cover karke 5–10 mins medium flame par cook karein taaki chicken apna natural water release kare.
