These three are all my own recipes without links (and I usually don't follow a recipe, but did my best): Soup: Ingredients: Frozen Veggies any variety 1 or 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes (28ox total) 1 Carton Beef Stock (or vegetable) 2 cans sliced potatoes add ANY veggies that you want to use up! such as celery, zucchini can tomato sauce Italian Seasoning (1 tbsp +/-) Salt (1 tsp +/-) Pepper (2 tsp +/-) Garlic Powder (1 tsp +/-) Onion Powder (1 tsp +/-) Minced Onion (2 tsp +/-) Combine all soup ingredients and slow cook (I still use my instant pot) for 7-9 hours. I just let it go all day. SO EASY to prepare the night before and set in the morning! Perfect for busy days. Broccoli Cheese Soup: Ingredients: 1 lbs Velveeta Queso Blanco 3 cups milk 1 cup water 32 oz frozen broccoli 1 can cream of celery soup 1 cup diced carrots ½ large or 1 small diced onion 3 tbsp butter Salt and Pepper Directions: Sautee carrots, onion and butter to soften. Add to crock pot once soft. Add all other ingredients. Stir as best as possible. Cook on low 4-8 hours. Very flexible and can be left longer than 4 hours. Serve with crusty bread.
