In the 21st century we ofthen talk about non-linear view of the world, its unpredictability. And in this unpredictability it recognizes the value of every human being. Therefore, more and more we talk about inclusive education about the importance of self-realization of every person, including persons with disabilities. So how to distinguish between normal and pathological development of the human brain? Is there any standard of human being? Dean of the Faculty of special and inclusive education, Head of Department of General and Correctional Pedagogy of the Smolny Institute of the Russian Academy of Education, full member of the European Academy of Natural Sciences (Hanover), president of the International Association of speech therapists, speech pathologists and psychologists.
