You can, of course, knit with any other yarn as well; Just make sure to pick a needle size that is relatively small compared to your yarn Cast on 3 stitches using the long tail cast on and leaving a tail of around 6 inches for weaving in later. And then simply knit across one row. And from here, knit across each row with a kfb – knit front back increase as the last stitch until you have altogether 7 stitches: https://nimble-needles.com/stitches/h... And then knit across one more row and cut the yarn leaving a tail of 6 inches or so. Now, you finished the left lobe of the heart and you need another one. Slide the finished lobe a bit to the other end of the needle. Then, cast on another 3 stitches using the same needle. And then you need to repeat the same instructions again.
