Today we are in Mazatlan Mexico in the state of Sinaloa in the historic city center to meet the famous las changeras. These are ladies selling the freshest seafood in Sinaloa Mexico. They sell shrimps of all shapes and sizes as well as crab, lobster, and scallops. You can then simply go across the street and they will cook all your fresh seafood for you Mazatlan Sinaloa style. The fresh Mexican seafood is brought in daily early in the morning and kept fresh throughout the day, it comes from the ocean then directly to las changeras and then to the restaurant across the street where they cook the seafood with Sinaloa recipes.
