In this tutorial, I’ll show you step by step how to create the effect using the Shake effect in the RGB tab. Steps to Apply the Effect: Import your video and make sure it’s placed on the timeline. Tap on the video clip to select it. From the bottom toolbar, choose Effects. Go to the RGB tab and select the Shake effect. Use the Period slider to control the speed of the pulsing.
