Audi A4 2007 2.0T B7 CEL EPC light after Repair

Audi A4 2007 2.0T had a recent install nee High Fuel Pressure Pump, New Cam Follower, New Cam Shaft. After 3 days of the installation CEL and EPC Lamp lit up. Audi Dealership inspected this vehicle and was gonna charge me approximately $546 to get codes using their VAG CEL code reader. I declined this sueggesion among the other things like engine mount etc. I took it to a Euro Auto Shop to check the codes and found out the my cam follower was shattered so it had to be replaced: cam folower, fuel pump, and cam shaft. After the install CEL and EPC lamp came on.Euro auto shop stated they have to keep the car for a day to find out any wiring etc.. 🤒 this make me sick to the stomach with under $2k already spent i'm hoping the shop can fix it the right the second time around..
